Archival description or inventorying entailed the indexing of archival units.
The final result of the activity to date is the inclusion of:
- 6,750 inventory records (series, sub-series, archival units, etc.)
- 6,600 authority entries (names of persons or entities)
Linked together by approximately 8,500 links - 70 subject entries linked in multiple forms to at least 4,500 files
- 12 ‘function’ entries describing the activities carried out by the Consulate
