The files are therefore titled by correspondents and/or subjects of correspondence, arranged alphabetically.

  • Box 1: Pos. 1–3 (A–C). Position 3 (C) is subdivided into three parts: Various consulates; Consular accounting; Correspondence.
  • Box 2: Pos. 4–11 (D–L). Position 5 (E) is subdivided into two parts: Egypt and Correspondence.
  • Box 3: Pos. 12–17 (M–R) and Pos. 19–25 (T–Z).

Position 18 (S – Schools. School accounting) is located at the end of the subseries “School Archive – Correspondence organised by positions (1915–1924)”. The “S” correspondence appears to have been lost.
